These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between the Platform and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 74bd website at 74bd.club ("the Site") and all associated services, games, and features made available therein. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 74bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form integral parts of the overall agreement between you and 74bd.

74bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 74bd will display a prominent notice on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between different language versions of any 74bd document, the English version shall prevail.

To register an account with 74bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 74bd strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by 74bd for breach of these Terms.

• You are accessing the platform for personal recreational purposes only, and not for any commercial, systematic, or professional gambling activity designed to exploit bonuses or platform vulnerabilities.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 74bd. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 74bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending compliance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 74bd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 74bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from participating financial institutions including Sonali Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at 74bd's discretion.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification procedures consistent with 74bd's anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 74bd account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests: Withdrawal requests are processed within four hours of submission during normal operating conditions. 74bd targets same-day settlement for all withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time are processed the following business day. 74bd reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before releasing funds, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

Withdrawal to original payment method: Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. Where this is not technically possible, 74bd will contact you to agree an alternative withdrawal method.

• 74bd does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 4 of these Terms.
• 74bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, anti-fraud review, or in cases where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds awarded by 74bd are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

General bonus conditions applicable to all offers:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 74bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not negatively affect bonuses already claimed and currently active on a player's account.

• Bonus terms are published in plain English. 74bd does not support hidden wagering requirements or conditions that are not clearly disclosed at the time a bonus is offered.

74bd reserves the right to request a player to provide evidence that they have reviewed and understood the applicable bonus terms before crediting a bonus to their account. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with that bonus.

As a registered player on 74bd, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities where relevant:

• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity or to obscure the origin of such funds.

74bd employs fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. If suspicious activity is detected on your account, 74bd may freeze your account pending investigation without prior notice. During any such investigation, you may be required to provide documentary evidence to demonstrate the legitimacy of your account activity.

All content on the 74bd website — including but not limited to the 74bd brand name, logo, design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of 74bd or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 74bd Site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

74bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity as described in Section 5.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by 74bd.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 74bd will attempt to notify the account holder before imposing any dormancy-related restrictions.
• At 74bd's sole discretion, where continuing to maintain the account is considered contrary to 74bd's legal or regulatory obligations, or to the safety and integrity of the platform.

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 74bd support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification process. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-exclusion: Players wishing to self-exclude from 74bd on responsible gaming grounds may do so by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from one week to permanent closure. During the self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and cannot be reopened at the player's own request within the chosen term. 74bd takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them as a priority.

• Loss or corruption of personal data resulting from circumstances outside 74bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 74bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

74bd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

The 74bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 74bd makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of game outcomes, 74bd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the Site at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally affect platform availability, and 74bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime wherever practicable.
